Every payment turns a visitor into a regular: someone you recognize, reward, and can count on to spend again.
Ginette, Brussels. Real event, real visitors.
One payment moment
Three interfaces connect around the payment moment, on one event model, while the organizer keeps control.

Your Crew
A crew member scans the QR for their bar and the device configures itself: event, menu, location, role. Simple at the core, modular by choice.
Full service on every deal: setup, crew on site, senior engineers on escalation, 24/7 remote support.
The climb
A bank card pays for the drink and tells you nothing about who drank it. We open four doors out of that gap, each one scan wide, and all four lead into the same interface.

Your Visitors
Everybody pays. That is the one touchpoint an event cannot skip, so it is the one we build on. Utility is everything the night needs to work. Experience is everything that makes it better. Same rail, same screen, same receipt.

Utility
In the organizer's own brand. Native in the app, or in the browser from any QR scan.
Open your wallet, tap Refund and show the code at any info point. Refunds are paid back to the card you topped up with within five working days.

Everyone else rents a corner of this triangle. We built all three, first-party, on one data model.
Sales per bar and half hour, payment mix, top-up funnel, one link per audience. Payments run on each organizer's own Viva.com merchant setup; card-settlement funds do not sit on anyKrowd's balance sheet.
Measurable return
Brands used to buy an impression and hope. Because the wallet is ours, they fund something a visitor claims and redeems, and we count both. AB InBev launched Flying Fish at Hangar through a wallet token drop: one code on the floor, one token per visitor, redeemable at any bar on site.
Trigger · Identify · Credit · Spend · Report. Every placement is a counted, redeemed transaction, not an impression.
